In SWITCH Singapore, we showcased our Smart City solutions and deep tech applications such as robotics in healthcare and autonomous platforms. We were honoured to host various of our local political leaders at our exhibit.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong received a short demonstration of our mixed reality solutions for visualisation, operations as well as maintenance training.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Mr Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan, Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry Dr Koh Poh Koon, walked through our Smart City solutions.
Education Minister and board member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Mr Ong Ye Kung, donned a Microsoft HoloLens and experienced how our augmented reality and mixed reality bring training at the workplace to a new level.
Our leaders also had the opportunities to participate in plenary sessions and Deep Tech Summit. Our CEO, Vincent Chong, shared our purpose is to use engineering and technologies to make lives better and mitigate the negative impact of urbanisation. Our CMO, Chew Men Leong, emphasised the importance of last-mile connectivity, mobility as a service and the need for data sharing across different transportation modes to enable commuters to efficiently plan and optimise their journeys. Lastly, we had our CDO/CTO, Harris Chan, to share how we focus on building technology capabilities in data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity and AI, to help our customers solve real-world problems.
